Who operates this website

InsuraLead LLC operates this website and handles submitted requests under the business name InsurMyBiz. InsurMyBiz is a DBA owned by InsuraLead LLC. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to InsuraLead LLC doing business as InsurMyBiz.

Information you provide

The request form collects your business name, contact name, email, business type, state, ZIP code, coverage interest, and contact and connection permission. Phone number, team size, and notes are optional. Please do not submit financial account details, government identifiers, medical records, passwords, or other sensitive documents.

How we use it

We use your details to arrange a suitable licensed-agent connection. With the sharing permission you provide in the form, we may forward your request to one agent licensed to serve your state, so that agent can contact you by email or, if provided, phone about your insurance needs. InsurMyBiz may contact you to arrange the connection and follow up about the experience. Permission applies to this request; it is not a subscription to a marketing list.

Storage and email notifications

Requests are stored in a dedicated InsurMyBiz database on Amazon Web Services in the United States. The basic details are also emailed privately to InsurMyBiz’s internal lead inbox. Our hosting and email providers process information to operate these services.

Agent connections

Submissions are not automatically routed to outside agents, and we do not distribute your request to multiple agents. The current request form asks for permission to share your details with one licensed agent; we record that permission and its version with the request. If a suitable connection is available and that permission was provided, InsurMyBiz may forward your details to that agent. Older requests without sharing permission require separate permission before forwarding. We only explore a different connection if you ask us to, and ask permission before sharing with that agent. You can decline a referral or ask us to stop following up. We do not publish your submissions.

Website operation and attribution

Hosting services process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website. Session storage may remember the landing-page path and campaign labels during your visit so they can accompany a submitted request. After a successful submission, it may also remember your request reference and submission time for thirty minutes to display a confirmation. No form contact details are stored in this receipt or placed in website analytics. Optional website analytics is described below; no advertising pixels are installed.

Security verification

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help block automated form submissions. Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser, device, and connection for this security check. It works independently of optional website analytics. Our verification requests do not include your form answers. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for its processing practices.

Optional Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and request-form activity, including when a request is successfully saved. Analytics starts automatically for visitors our AWS hosting identifies as being in the United States, unless you previously declined or your browser sends a privacy signal we honor. A notice lets you turn analytics off. For visitors identified outside the United States, or when location cannot be determined, the Google tag loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Our hosting uses the request’s network address to select this setting and returns only the default setting to the browser. You can use the website and submit a request with analytics off.

Google processes technical information such as your browser and device, an online cookie identifier, and network information used to provide analytics. Our events use the page path and the referring website origin, with query strings and fragments removed. We do not send your form answers, business or contact names, email, phone, ZIP code, notes, or request reference to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our tag configuration. The private admin, preview website, and confirmation page are excluded from this tracking.

Your analytics choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Our tag sets analytics-cookie expiration to 90 days without renewing it on each visit. You can change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer; declining stops our analytics events and clears this site’s Google Analytics cookies. We also honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals by keeping analytics off. Changing your choice does not erase information already processed by Google. Google Analytics reporting retention is managed separately in the property settings. See Google’s Privacy Policy for its processing practices.

Retention and your choices

We keep request records and email correspondence while needed to respond, maintain business records, or meet applicable obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete your information or stop follow-up by emailing info@insurmybiz.com. Some information may need to be retained for applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Security and policy changes

We use encrypted connections and restricted database access. No system can guarantee absolute security. We will update this page when the request process or data use materially changes.
